• IP address, browser type, device model, and operating system
• Pages visited, time spent, and navigation patterns within our platform
• Transaction metadata: biller name, amount, timestamp, and reference ID
• Session cookies and identifiers to maintain your browsing session

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Process your bill payments, recharges, and related financial transactions
• Generate and deliver transaction confirmations and receipts
• Detect, investigate, and prevent fraudulent activity and security breaches

At MoneyWave Solutions Pvt. Ltd., we are committed to delivering a reliable, transparent, and hassle-free payment experience on MWSPay Bills. This Refund Policy governs all transactions — bill payments and prepaid recharges — processed through our platform.

1. General Principle

All bill payments and prepaid recharges processed through MWSPay Bills are final and non-reversible by nature. Once a transaction is confirmed, the payment is immediately forwarded to the respective biller or telecom operator via the BBPS network. As a result, confirmed transactions cannot be cancelled, transferred, or refunded at the user's request.

We strongly advise users to verify all biller details, consumer IDs, and mobile numbers before initiating a payment.

2. When a Refund is Applicable

A refund will be considered and initiated only in the following exceptional circumstances:

• Your bank account, UPI ID, or wallet was debited, but the transaction status on our platform shows "Failed" or remains in "Pending" state beyond 24 hours.
• The payment was debited from your account but the biller did not receive or acknowledge the payment due to a technical failure on our end or the biller's end.
• A duplicate debit occurred for the same transaction (e.g., double charge due to a technical glitch).

3. When a Refund is NOT Applicable

Refunds will not be provided in the following situations:

• Recharges made to an incorrect mobile number entered by the user.
• Bill payments made to an incorrect biller or consumer ID selected/entered by the user.
• Transactions that have been successfully processed and confirmed by the biller or operator.
• Requests made due to a change of mind after a successful transaction.
• Transactions where the biller's system shows a successful credit, even if the user's service is delayed due to the biller's processing time.

4. Auto-Reconciliation (Most Cases)

For most failed-but-debited transactions, our system automatically reconciles the payment within 24–48 hours. During this period, one of the following will happen automatically — no action required from you:

• The deducted amount is refunded to your original payment source (bank/UPI/wallet), OR
• The payment is successfully re-sent to and confirmed by the biller.

You will receive a confirmation notification once the reconciliation is complete. Please wait the full 48-hour window before raising a manual refund request.

5. How to Raise a Refund Request

If 48 hours have elapsed and you have not received a resolution, please raise a request through either of the following channels:

• Email: Write to support@mwspay.com with the subject line: "Refund Request – [Your Transaction ID]". Include: Transaction ID / Reference Number, Amount Debited, Date & Time of Transaction, Registered Mobile Number, and a Bank Statement / Screenshot showing the debit.
• Phone: Call us at +91-9810409041 (Monday–Saturday, 9 AM – 7 PM). Our support team will log your complaint and provide a Complaint Reference Number.

Refund requests must be raised within 30 days of the original transaction date. Requests beyond this window may not be entertained.

6. Refund Processing Timeline

Once a refund is reviewed, approved, and initiated by our team, the credit timeline depends on your payment method:

• UPI: 1–3 business days
• Debit / Credit Card: 5–7 business days (subject to your bank's processing cycle)
• Net Banking: 3–5 business days
• Prepaid Wallet: 1–2 business days

All timelines are from the date of refund initiation by us and are subject to your bank's or payment provider's processing schedules, which are beyond our control.

1. About MWSPay Bills

MWSPay Bills is an authorised Operating Unit under the Bharat Bill Payment System (BBPS), regulated by the National Payments Corporation of India (NPCI) under the oversight of the Reserve Bank of India (RBI). Our platform enables consumers and businesses across India to pay utility bills, insurance premiums, recharge mobile numbers, and pay broadband/postpaid bills through a single, unified interface.

MWSPay Bills acts as a payment facilitator and is not the underlying service provider for the utilities or services you pay for (e.g., we are not the electricity board, telecom operator, or insurer).

2. Eligibility

To use MWSPay Bills, you must:

• Be a resident of India and at least 18 years of age.
• Have a valid Indian bank account, UPI ID, debit/credit card, or another approved payment instrument.
• Provide accurate, complete, and current information for every transaction.
• Not be prohibited from using financial services under any applicable Indian law or regulation.

We reserve the right to suspend or refuse access to the platform for any user, at our sole discretion, without prior notice.

3. User Responsibilities

By using MWSPay Bills, you agree to:

• Provide accurate biller details, consumer IDs, mobile numbers, and payment information. Errors in this information are the sole responsibility of the user.
• Ensure sufficient funds are available in your payment account before initiating a transaction.
• Use the platform only for lawful, personal, or authorised business purposes.
• Not attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, scrape, or disrupt the platform, its APIs, or associated infrastructure.
• Notify us immediately at support@mwspay.com if you become aware of any unauthorized use of the platform in connection with your information.
• Not use the platform on behalf of another person without their explicit consent and appropriate authorisation.

4. Transaction Terms

• All transactions are processed in real-time through BBPS-certified infrastructure governed by NPCI and RBI guidelines.
• A transaction is considered complete when the respective biller or operator confirms receipt of the payment via the BBPS network.
• The Transaction Reference ID generated by MWSPay Bills serves as proof of payment initiation. Final confirmation from the biller constitutes proof of settlement.
• MWSPay Bills does not levy any additional convenience fee on bill payments or recharges unless explicitly disclosed at checkout.
• You are responsible for verifying the accuracy of all biller and transaction details before confirming payment. Confirmed transactions cannot be reversed.

5. Prohibited Activities

You may not use MWSPay Bills to:

• Process payments for accounts or consumer IDs that do not belong to you, without proper authorisation from the account holder.
• Engage in money laundering, terrorist financing, or any activity prohibited under the Prevention of Money Laundering Act (PMLA) or any other applicable Indian law.
• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information in connection with any transaction.
• Circumvent or attempt to bypass any security, fraud prevention, or verification measures of the platform.
• Conduct systematic or automated queries (scraping, crawling, bots) against our platform without prior written permission.

Violation of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, blocking of access, and referral to law enforcement authorities.

6. Limitation of Liability

MWSPay Bills is a payment facilitator. We are not liable for:

• Service disruptions, delays in activation, or failure of the biller's or operator's own systems after a successful payment.
• Incorrect billing information provided by the biller's portal.
• Losses or damages arising from incorrect details entered by the user.
• Events beyond our reasonable control, including network failures, force majeure, or actions of third-party payment processors.

Our aggregate liability for any claim arising from a specific transaction shall not exceed the transaction amount associated with that particular dispute.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the MWSPay Bills platform — including but not limited to the design, logo, visual interface, text, graphics, icons, and source code — is the exclusive property of MoneyWave Solutions Pvt. Ltd. and is protected under applicable Indian intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, adapt, translate, or create derivative works from any of our content without our express prior written consent.

8. Modifications to the Service

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature or the entire Service at any time, with or without prior notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the Service.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of MWSPay Bills shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Delhi, India.
